Participate in a Research Study! “Beliefs in Science, Spirituality, & your Health”

What is the purpose of this study?
This study explores the role that religious and/or spiritual beliefs may play in shaping our relationship to science and health care. We are also interested in how these beliefs may have changed over time. In other words, does age matter?

What will I be asked to do?
To help us better understand these questions, we are asking you to complete an online survey designed to examine the potential relationships among age, religion and/or spirituality, existential issues, and your health. The survey will take approximately 30-45 minutes of your time to complete. Upon completion you will have the choice to provide your email address to be entered in to a draw to win a $100 Amazon gift card!

This survey is being conducted by a team of researchers at Carleton University (Ottawa, Ontario, Canada), St. Thomas University (Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada), and Cleveland State University (Cleveland, Ohio, USA), led by Dr. Renate Ysseldyk (Department of Health Sciences, Carleton University; renate.ysseldyk@carleton.ca), Dr. Albert Banerjee (Department of Gerontology, St. Thomas University; abanerjee@stu.ca), and Dr. Kenneth Vail (Department of Psychology, Cleveland State University; k.e.vail@csuohio.edu). Survey results will be collected in such a way that your individual responses will be kept anonymous.
